Practical steps to ordering Memorial Cards.
All from the comfort of your own home!
Dealing with the loss of a loved one is difficult. Harvest Moon Printing do our best to make the process of ordering you Memorial Stationery as easy as possible. The steps outlined below will guide you and your family through the process. All ordering can be carried out from the comfort of your home.
1: Decide what stationery you would like. Most commonly, families order Memorial Cards & Thank you cards. Some families want Bookmarks and Keepsake Cards. These are personal choices.
2: Choose the verse/s you wish to use on your memorial stationery. Have a look at our verses. If you find some you want to use, take note of the code/s and submit with your order. If you wish to use your own verses or a personal poem, that is no problem. Send it to us with your order and we will include it. If there are any issues with the length of the poem, we will discuss the options with you.
3: The chosen photo/s really can effect the look of your card. Please try to choose good quality photos. You can send us a few photos of the deceased, perhaps photos throughout their life and we can do a montage. If sending in hard copies of photos, we will return all photos with your completed order.
4: Don’t forget, we have designers available to personalise your memorial stationery. Let us know exactly what you would like and we will do our very best to accommodate you.
5: Submit, using our website order form, as follows
i: Photo/s of deceased and whatever other photos you wish to use.
ii: Let us know which memorial stationery you wist to order, memorial cards, bookmark, etc.
iii: Deceased name, address and date of death.
iv: Chosen verses for each page.
v: Your own details and address for posted proof.
Once we receive your order, we will check everything is ok. If not, we will contact you.
We will email your proof, or if you prefer, we can send you a hard copy, printed and laminated exactly as your finished card will be. This gives you a great opportunity to feel the card, see the colours and show the proof to other family members before ordering. It is also a great time to check all details are present and correct.
Once written approval is received with the quantities required, we will begin the printing process. This usually takes around 5 working days to complete, depending on our workflow at the time. If required, we will then contact you for payment before dispatching your finished cards.
